Line of Events
A ranching family in Montana faces off against other trespassers on their land. Forrie J. Smith, who plays Lloyd, is a seasoned rodeo veteran. John Dutton (Kevin Costner) often seems to have “forgotten” his Montana accent and reverts to the SoCal voice he normally uses. Yellowstone is a solidly written drama – great characters, well-developed – that pulls off the tone of some modern masterpieces, the dramatic dynamics of shows like ‘Dynasty’ and ‘Dynasty’ or any other network drama like it. Much respect must be given to Costner and Cole Hauser – these guys brought it 100%. I did not expect to be drawn into this show the way I was. It is well worth your time.
